301 Doverhurst is a 3 bedroom Cape Town holiday apartment is located in a quiet side road off High Level Road in Upper Sea Point. The apartment is very spacious – 150 square meters and can sleep up to 8 people (6 adult in 3 full bedrooms and 2 extra children on a sleeper couch in the 3rd bedroom).

The entrance opens onto the kitchen, lounge and dining room which has views over the rooftops towards the ocean. The kitchen is spacious and modern and is equipped with an espresso maker, fridge, large hob & oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The lounge has  a large stylish L-shaped couch which faces the flat screen TV, DVD and sound system. DSTV (satellite) is also included. The dining table can seat 6 people comfortably and leads onto the large balcony equipped with sturdy teak outdoor furniture. The balcony has lovely ocean views over the rooftops of Sea Point.

The living area leads down a short passage to the main bathroom on the left which has a separate shower and bath. The bedroom on the right has twin beds, a very comfortable sleeper couch and built in cupboards and can sleep 3 people comfortably. It opens up onto the balcony with slider doors and has sea views.

The main bedroom with a walk in cupboard also faces towards the ocean. It has a comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom’s entrance is opposite the main bedroom and it has a queen size bed, built in cupboards and views of Lions Head. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a secure garage and there is also wireless internet access where data is included. Ideal corporate accommodation for the business person or tourists looking for a comfortable and stylish base in a central area.

Built in the late 1800s, this old English Victorian house was originally a family residence. High ceilings and well kept stuccos give this guesthouse charm and light. Situated in Three Anchor Bay, at the foot of Signal Hill, it is only a 10-minute walk from Cape Town’s new stadium and 10-minutes from the Atlantic Ocean.

We purchased the house in 2008 from South African owners that had been running it as a guesthouse for 10 years. It has now been fully refurbished, inspired by a tropical-African style in a earthy colour palate, accentuated with natural fabrics such as sisal, linen and bamboo. The large, new saltwater pool lies enticingly in a secluded, tropical garden.
